So it's a bit of a stretch to call this a finish since it's really just a flimsy but it's just so perfectly
Ghastly I had to share it for Halloween. As usual my timing is a bit off... I'm still hoping to get it quilted and finished this year so I can just pull it out of the closet (with all my other
Ghastlies creations) and decorate.
It's amazing how perfectly the new
Cotton + Steel Spellbound collection coordinates with the Ghastlies!!! I just love these metallic skull dots which perfectly coordinate with the Cloud Metallic Netorious print. It's just the right amount of sparkle.
And I think I used up enough Ghastlies to justify buying more when the new collection comes out in April;-)
Linking up to the fabulous
Finish it Up Friday by
Crazy Mom Quilts.
Love it! I am way behind on Ghastlies fabric. Only a very few scraps left, so I really need the new line.

ReplyDeleteOh it's perfectly Halloweeny, what a gorgeous way to show off some truly fabulous fabric!
ReplyDeleteGreat quilt. I'll have add to my tour next year. I'd love you to come by. I posted a series for Halloween this week.
ReplyDeleteThursday I shared quilts. I'd love include yours next time.
These fabrics are so much fun, and that is a great block, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love the mashup between C+S's spellbound and Ghastlies, it turned out great!
ReplyDeleteJust came across this looking for ideas after I bought a mix of C+S and those amazing Ghastlies moth prints at my LQS. Glad I'm not the only one who thought they were perfect for each other--the shop employee seemed so surprised at my fabric pulls even though they were on adjacent shelves!
ReplyDeleteI am very much pleased with the contents you have mentioned. I wanted to thank you for this great article. Jenna
